Compliance
The term ‘compliance’ is an English word and has the connotations ‘fulfilment’, ‘observance’, ‘abidance’. Within a corporate setting ‘compliance’ means the observance of both legal and internal regulations and commitments applicable to the enterprise and its employee associates.
The compliance with legal and corporate internal regulations is the basis for sustained business success of our company and for the cooperation with our business partners, customers and associates.
The Meirow + Klink Code of Ethics
The Meirow + Klink Code of Ethics was created with the purpose of providing the employees with some practical assistance for legally compliant behavior which is also in conformity with our objectives. It therefore offers mandatory standards for both the management and all employees of Meirow + Klink. Should there be any doubt as to whether a certain behavior or action complies with the requirements of the Code of Ethics, employees should seek advice from either our legal practitioner or from the management.
It is to be stated that illegal and irresponsible behavior will lead to harming the company, its employees, partners and suppliers. Therefore, every employee is assigned to prevent any illegal behavior on the part of the company and its employees and to contribute to illegal behavior being detected and discontinued.
