On the occasion of the 250 year anniversary of the “Goldstadt Pforzheim” there is another big news apart from the presentation of the “Goldstadt-Cut 250”:
As from the 16th of March 2017 the Meirow+Klink GmbH is a certified member at the RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council). The RJC is a not-for-profit organisation setting high standards for the whole jewellery industry. The Code of Practices addresses human rights, labour rights, environmental impact, mining practices, product disclosure and many more important topics in the jewellery supply chain for diamonds, gold and platinum metals. Additionally the RJC is a thriving party for a real differentiation between synthetic and naturally grown diamonds, which has also been one of our unique processes in our business for several years.
We have undertaken an extensive audit executed by the highly qualified RJC examination board for which we disclosed all of our daily business processes, decision-making and supply chains. We were able to fulfill all points.
The Meirow+Klink GmbH now officially represents the values and standards of the RJC and acts accordingly. Furthermore all evidence for these will be delivered to the RJC. For further information please see www.responsiblejewellery.com.
We are happy to be rewarded with this prestigious certificate, as responsibility and transparency have always been a major part in our company. We pass this benefit on to our customers, which means that the RJC membership provides a solid and reliable proof for the social, ethical and ecological background of our products.
